Troop 160:

Attached is the permission slip and upper caving release form (please return the release or your scout will not be able to participate in the caving activity) for the next Outing on which will be a full camp out at Benners Meadow Run in Farmington PA and a caving activity on Saturday at Laurel Caverns in Hopwood, PA ( www.laurelcaverns.com).  Dates:  May 18-20, 2012.

 

The fee for the campout is $16.00.  In addition to the $16.00 fee, the scouts have an option of earning their geology merit badge for an additional $17.00.  Please submit $16.00 if your scout is only camping and doing the caving activity.

If your scout would like to obtain his geology merit badge at Laurel Caverns, please submit $33.00.

The due date to return the permission slip, upper caving release, and fee(s) is Wed. May 2, 2012.

Please make sure that you fully complete and sign the  permission slip and caving release.
